2026 Women’s Retreat
GATHER & GROW

Join us May 1-3rd!
In a world that often pulls us in many directions, God calls us to come together. This weekend is an invitation for women to step away from the noise, reconnect in Christian community, and be renewed in faith.
Rooted in Hebrews 10:24–25, this retreat reminds us that we are not meant to journey alone. When we gather intentionally, we create space to encourage one another, to stir up love and good works, and to strengthen our walk with Christ. Just as a plant grows strong roots when nurtured and supported, our faith deepens when we share prayer, Scripture, stories, and fellowship.
Throughout the weekend, we will worship, reflect, and build meaningful connections across generations. Together, we will explore how encouragement transforms hearts, strengthens communities, and sends us back into the world ready to serve with love and purpose.

Speaker
Rebecca Gwynn-Dixon is a wife, mom, teacher-at-heart, and ordained deacon who deeply believes in the power of relationships. Married to her college sweetheart, Dave, she is the proud mother of Nola (11) and Hugh (20). Rebecca spent 15 years teaching middle school, where she thrived in the joyful chaos of the classroom and discovered her love for walking alongside young people and families.
In 2017, she answered a call into ministry, leaving public education to serve as Children’s Director at Lebanon FUMC and beginning the journey toward ordination. She was ordained as a Deacon in the UMC in 2025. Rebecca finds joy in building friendships, nurturing faith, and creating spaces of belonging throughout her community.
Worship Leaders

Lee and Megan met through worship at Fellowship UMC. Lee is the Associate Pastor at Fellowship UMC in Murfressboro, TN overseeing worship, technology, adult ministries and discipleship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Music from MTSU concentrating in classical guitar. He is currently pursuing a MDiv at Asbury Theological Seminary.
While supporting Lee’s career and academic pursuits, Megan was a stay at home parent raising their 5 children. However, she still found time to also serve in various areas of ministry, including the missions board, youth leadership, the Way of Hope women and children homeless ministry, and the worship team. Now that her children are all school age, she is enjoying working in the library at her local elementary school.
Megan and Lee have led worship at various conferences, retreats, events and camps. Sharing their testimonies and leading worship has been a passion for both from a very early age and one they love to share as a couple.
